This document sets out the terms and conditions between the Nexxt Summit organizers and you when you register for any event or conference, participate in any survey, or otherwise engage with Nexxt Summit. By registering for an event or conference, participating in a survey, or using the website, you agree to comply with the following requirements.
You should read this document carefully. The Nexxt Summit organizers reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the Code of Conduct at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website. Please check this page regularly.
The organizers of Nexxt Summit shall collectively be referred to as “the organizers” throughout this document. By engaging with the event or using the website, you acknowledge and accept the terms, policies, and conditions outlined herein.
I give my consent for the organizers to collect, process, and use my personal data for the purpose of processing my registration for the event and for any other use to which I have consented.
1. EVENT REGISTRATION
I give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me during the registration for Nexxt Summit by the organizers.

If you wish your data to be deleted, you must apply in writing to the organizers by presenting the necessary documents proving your identity in connection with the application. Requests will be processed within 30 days of being sent by email to the Nexxt Summit organizers.

I acknowledge that I may be photographed or filmed by the photographer and/or official videographer of the organizers, and I agree that my image may be used in promotional or event-related materials by the organizers.

When personal information, such as name, email address, business address, telephone number, and other contact information, is provided through websites owned by the organizers or directly by email, you consent to:

All participants, members of the organizing team, affiliates, licensees, promotional partners, developers, legal representatives, assigns, agents, and partners at Nexxt Summit must agree to the following Code of Conduct.
The organizers will apply this Code of Conduct throughout the event. We look forward to the cooperation of all participants to help ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all.
Nexxt Summit is dedicated to providing a welcoming experience for everyone interested in the event, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or background.
We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any event venue, including talks, workshops, networking sessions, parties, or online media. Event participants who violate these rules may be warned, removed from the event, or banned from future events at the discretion of the organizers.
Any form of aggression, intimidation, discrimination, or offensive verbal comments is prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove a participant from the event if they make negative or offensive comments, use inappropriate language, or make references to sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or other protected characteristics as an insult to other participants, partners, sponsors, or organizers.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
Offensive verbal comments.
Sexual images in public spaces.
Deliberate intimidation.
Stalking or following.
Harassing photography or recording.
Sustained disruption of talks or other events.
Inappropriate physical contact.
Unwanted sexual attention.
Event affiliates, sponsors, promotional partners, and other associated parties are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors must not use sexualized images, activities, or other inappropriate materials.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, removing them from the event, or banning them from future events.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the organizing team immediately.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Event organizers will be happy to assist participants, contact local law enforcement, provide escorts, or help those experiencing harassment feel safe during the event.
We expect all participants to follow these rules throughout Nexxt Summit.
9. CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT, PUBLICATION, AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the replacement, modification, cancellation, or postponement of an event.
The organizers assume no liability if an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, natural hazard, unforeseen circumstance, or any other event that makes the conduct of the event impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event includes, but is not limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemic, government restriction, or other emergency.
The organizers reserve the right to change the agenda, speakers, topics, venue, format, or schedule, if necessary, without liability to you. Any replacements or changes will be updated on the website as soon as reasonably possible.
10. GENERAL ASPECTS
It is strictly forbidden for any company, organization, or participant to host, organize, or promote any event in connection with, adjacent to, or purported to be related to Nexxt Summit or any of the events organized under its umbrella without prior express permission and cooperation from the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any event or conference for any conduct that they consider unacceptable or for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Code of Conduct.
The organizers will not be liable for any damage to any person or property, regardless of cause, except for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organizers or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Registration for any event, conference, or project organized by the organizers marks the acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, and the Cookie Policy.
